a deal a dayone of my favorite sites is woot.com. woot offers one deal a day, but there are limited quantities available, so more popular items run out more quickly. yesterday's deal was a dvd recorder that records onto dvds from tv, camcorders and other recording devices for $69.99. the day before that, woot offered two bluetooth earpieces for $25, which is a fabulous deal when one bluetooth in the store sells for a lot more than that. today's deal is a 31-piece car emergency kit for $7.99. this is an essential for every driver, as it comes with jumper cables (which will cost you more than $7.99 alone), tire pressure gauge, work gloves, electrical tape and screwdrivers, among other things. if you haven't checked out woot yet, you definitely need to.
